Lately eating out has become a regular for me, either meeting friends for lunch or grab a bite to eat in the evening. I recently visited Fire & Stone in Covent Garden, London. I have visited this place a few times and I can say that it lives up to it’s slogan ‘A different type of restaurant for a different type of pizza’.
We love making homemade pizzas with loaded veggies, it’s on the menu at least once a week.
I become a little lazy with making the dough, so I buy the ready made bases and prepare the sauce and toppings at home – nearly homemade.
